Main update for Version 10 is feeding in new data for 2025-26 to align with TEA's SOF runs through 46778 (published 5/11).

We also made a few tweaks in two other areas:

• Fixed methodology for M&O rate to maintain calcs for July 1 districts that are projecting tax compression.
   
• Fixed a bad cell reference for T17 calculations in SY 2028-29 and beyond.
