We are quickly approaching the time for districts to adopt their budgets and tax rates for the next school year. MoakCasey staff will host a webinar this Thursday to cover Truth-in-Taxation requirements, with a particular focus on new wrinkles this year resulting from legislation passed during the 89th session. Continued requirements for no new revenue rates, the voter approval tax rate, tax rate adoption language, and timelines will also be discussed. We'll leave time for Q&A at the end.
